The Group has established a dedicated unit responsible for overseeing, monitoring, auditing, and evaluating the operations of various departments on a regular basis, to ensure that the Group’s computer system and information security management meets the established standards and can support efficient and uninterrupted operations at all times.

In 2025, the Group enhanced its cybersecurity posture as follows:

1. Operational Process Improvement

Controlled and reviewed user account access rights for server and network infrastructure systems, with monthly verification to ensure that information is accurate, complete, and up to date at all times.

2. Information Technology and Network

Prepared for emergency response through data backup at a secure location (DR Site Relocation) along with disaster recovery drills, to ensure that business operations can continue without interruption.

3. Network Optimization & Security Hardening

Proactively defended against threats through network segmentation, upgrading to advanced endpoint protection with Next-Generation Antivirus (NGAV) and Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) technologies, as well as adopting Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) technology for real-time cyber threat monitoring.

4. Software Management

Implemented the Cyber 365 system as a cloud-based Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform for the Chemical and Specialty Logistics business, to support flexible working arrangements and enhance data analytics capabilities for accurate and timely decision-making through Business Intelligence (BI) systems.

5. Digital Literacy Development

Enhanced personnel capabilities through AI knowledge training, reducing work processes through hands-on training in OCR and RPA, and building awareness of cybersecurity and personal data protection (Cyber Hygiene & Data Privacy).
