Human Rights Triple i Logistics recognizes the importance of conducting business on the basis of respect for human dignity and equality,

in accordance with the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (UDHR), the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights (UNGPs), the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), the International Labour Organization (ILO) Declaration on Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, as well as respect for children’s rights in accordance with the Children’s Rights and Business Principles. This is to ensure that all internal and external stakeholders are treated fairly and equitably, and to prevent human rights violations against all stakeholder groups throughout the supply chain.

Human Rights Due Diligence (HRDD) Process

The Group conducts annual human rights risk assessments covering all business activities to prevent human rights violations against all stakeholder groups, both internal and external. The Group upholds the principle of non-discrimination and pays special attention to vulnerable groups. Benchmarking against human rights practices of other logistics service providers is undertaken to identify appropriate mitigation measures and establish preventive guidelines, with the ultimate goal of becoming an organization free from human rights violations throughout the value chain in a sustainable manner.

Promotion of the Raising of Thai Logistics Industry Standards

Collaboration in Domestic and International Logistics and Freight Transportation

The Group’s representatives have been appointed to key positions in national and international associations, including TIFFA, AFFA, FIATA, HASLA, the Industry Competency Board for Logistics Workforce Development, and the Thailand Professional Qualification Institute (Public Organization).

  • Driven key projects in collaboration with numerous government and private agencies to enhance Thailand’s logistics competitiveness.
  • Continuously participated as speakers and panelists at international forums across ASEAN, Asia-Pacific, and global levels.
  • Served as a key driving force behind the annual Thailand International Logistics Fair (TILOG-LogistiX 2025).
  • Provided advisory input and contributed to the development of logistics policies and digital systems, such as National Single Window (NSW) and Digital Trade, with relevant government agencies.

Collaboration in Chemical Management, Safety, Environment, and Sustainability

  • The Group’s representatives operate and serve as Chair of the Responsible CareⓇ Management Committee under the Federation of Thai Industries.
  • Organized internal awareness campaigns, such as Sustainability Day for the chemical and hazardous goods business unit.
  • Built international cooperation in chemical management and safety, including participation in the ASEAN-level ARCP conference and collaboration with the International Criminal Police Organization (INTERPOL).
  • Served as speakers on professional ethics and GHS chemical hazard classification for government agencies, including the Department of Industrial Works and the Ministry of Industry.

Collaboration with Educational Institutions and Universities

  • The Group’s representatives served as guest lecturers, academic panelists, and research interviewees on logistics and sustainability at leading universities, including Thammasat University, Chulalongkorn University, NIDA, the University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and KMUTT.
  • Hosted Open House events welcoming students to visit hazardous goods and chemical warehouses.
  • Signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University and partnered with TIFFA to accept student interns and provide career guidance.
  • Achieved tangible employment outcomes: in FY2025, 84 student interns were accepted, of whom 10 were subsequently hired as full-time employees.

Puey Hai Yuem” Project (Patient Equipment Lending Project) by the Mirror Foundation

The Group has leveraged its logistics expertise and transportation resources to support the “Puey Hai Yuem” Project by the Mirror Foundation, helping to improve the efficiency of hospital bed deliveries for underprivileged individuals who request medical equipment loans through the Foundation. Previously, the project faced insufficient delivery capacity to meet patient demand.

Throughout 2025, the Group supported the delivery of hospital beds totaling 40 cases, ensuring patients received essential equipment in a timely manner.

Enhancing Logistics Quality for Community Products and Social Enterprises

The Group has applied its core logistics expertise to help distribute community products, providing support and upgrading logistics processes from storage and packaging to standardized transportation. The Group is also committed to transferring logistics management knowledge to social enterprises, to strengthen communities, increase income, and sustainably improve the quality of life for local residents.

Enhancing Community and Social Wellbeing Through Public Benefit Activities

The Group places great importance on improving the quality of life and grassroots economy of communities surrounding its facilities. Starting with continuous community surveys to understand real problems and needs, leading to targeted assistance such as preparing and delivering relief bags with adult diapers to alleviate hardship for low-income families and bedridden patients, as well as promoting the local economy through a policy of hiring community members for maintenance technician and housekeeping positions. This not only directly distributes income to the community but also improves living standards and reduces commuting costs for personnel.

The Group is committed to promoting youth development in all dimensions, including health, nutrition, and creativity, through various projects to lay the foundation for quality growth. Notable projects include supporting school vegetable gardens for lunch programs and generating revolving income for schools, organizing a drawing competition on the theme “The Future World” to inspire imagination while providing scholarships, and the “Move More, Give More” project, which converts employees’ exercise energy into sports equipment donated to schools, as well as supporting recreational activities such as Children’s Day and New Year events at childcare centers to bring joy and smiles to youth in the community.

Beyond community and youth care, the Group extends its social and environmental responsibility on a broader scale through volunteer activities and leveraging its core organizational expertise to create shared value. For example, the Group utilized its logistics capabilities and partner networks to transport essential supplies and provisions to assist victims of major flooding in southern Thailand. Additional charitable activities include mobilizing employees for blood donation drives to help patients, supporting local traditions, and facilitating traffic management for community markets around the headquarters.
