Triple i Logistics has established a code of conduct for its Group of companies, for directors, executives, and employees at all levels to adhere to.

It aims to make the Group's management and operations transparent, explicit, fair, and efficient, to build confidence and trust among its shareholders, partners, customers, and all relevant groups of stakeholders.

The Code of Conduct covers the following key topics:

Furthermore, the Group recognizes the importance of corruption and bribery issues, which may pose risks to business operations and adversely affect the organization's reputation and image. The Group therefore remains committed to complying with all relevant laws and has established policies and guidelines to prevent and combat corruption and bribery in all forms, such as the anti-fraud and corruption policies, policies and practice guidelines on whistleblowing and whistleblower protection, policies and guidelines on gifts, hospitalities and other benefits, among others.

Triple i Logistics has received its first renewal of certification as a member of the Thai Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC) on 30 June 2025, for a period of three years, valid until 30 June 2028. At the same time, the Company places great importance on expanding its transparent business network and has therefore communicated and requested cooperation from its customers and business partners to comply with anti-corruption and bribery requirements through its website and electronic mail (e-mail).

In addition, the Group promotes and encourages its personnel to adhere to the Code of Business Conduct and all policies related to the prevention of corruption and bribery in all forms. Communication processes are in place to ensure employees are informed through various channels, such as the disclosure of policies on the Company's website, new employee orientation sessions, and annual refresher training, among others.
