Our operations are conducted in compliance with applicable workplace safety legislation, including the Occupational Safety, Health and Working Environment Act B.E. 2554 (2011), the Ministerial Regulation on Welfare Provision in Workplaces B.E. 2548 (2005), the Ministerial Regulation on Standards for Administration, Management and Implementation of Safety, Occupational Health and Working Environment Regarding Fire Prevention and Suppression B.E. 2555 (2012), the Ministerial Regulation on the Appointment of Safety Officers, Personnel, Departments or Committees for Safety Operations in Workplaces B.E. 2565 (2022), and the Ministerial Regulation on Standards for Safety Management Systems B.E. 2565 (2022). In addition, the Group strictly adheres to the Occupational Health and Safety Management System standard, ISO 45001:2018, and continuously conducts comprehensive risk assessments while developing safety control measures across the Group, with the goal of becoming a leading organization in occupational health and safety.
