Promoting Equal Opportunities and Workforce Diversity

The Group places great importance on promoting equality, equity, and non-discrimination against differences in all forms within the organization. The Group has also developed a transparent, auditable, and fair performance management system using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and a Competency-based assessment as the primary criteria for salary adjustments, annual bonus payments, and promotions, to ensure that all decisions are fair, equitable, free from discrimination, and reflective of each employee’s true potential.

In 2025, the Group revised its “Work Regulations” to include provisions prohibiting harassment, intimidation, bullying, and discrimination in any form, clearly emphasizing that the Group does not tolerate discriminatory or harassing behavior.

Furthermore, the Group developed an online educational document entitled “Promoting Diversity in the Workplace” to provide employees with knowledge on the following topics:

  • Understanding differences among colleagues of various ages, genders, and religions to effectively manage workplace diversity in line with the “DEIB” principle, a modern organizational development framework.
  • The definitions of discrimination and harassment in the workplace and appropriate responses when such incidents occur.
  • Encouraging participation in supporting equality and non-discrimination based on race, religion, gender, age, sexual orientation, disability, and nationality.
  • Available channels for submitting complaints in cases of unfair treatment.

Respect for Freedom of Association and Support for the Right to Collective Bargaining

The Group conducts its business in adherence to human rights principles, respecting freedom of association and supporting the right to collective bargaining. Elections are held for the Workplace Welfare Committee, which serves as employee representatives in presenting opinions and suggestions, and convenes with management at least once per quarter to develop welfare benefits and promote a positive working environment.

Building an Inclusive Culture

The Group places importance on creating a work environment where every employee feels valued, accepted, and part of the team (Inclusive Culture) through various activities such as annual company trips, New Year’s parties, creative spaces for employees from various business units to exchange knowledge and learn together, and communication of news and activities through the Group’s channels to ensure employees are informed and have opportunities to ask questions and share their opinions.

Furthermore, the Group has adopted the Happy 8 concept from the Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHPF) and implemented it through the “Triple i B-Happy” activities to create positive employee experiences and promote work-life balance, as we believe that happiness is the starting point for effective work. Employment of Vulnerable Groups

The Group believes in the potential and equal value of every individual, and therefore places importance on promoting the quality of life of vulnerable groups, such as persons with disabilities, the elderly, and persons with impairments, by providing opportunities for employment and stable income, supporting self-reliance, and fostering a sense of acceptance and value in society. The Group has implemented the following initiatives:

Donating Used Calendars: The Group collected 621 used calendars donated by employees and contributed them to the Educational Technology Center for the Blind under the Foundation for the Blind in Thailand, to be recycled into Braille books as learning materials for visually impaired persons.

Supporting Snack Boxes from “Yim Soo Cafe”: The Group ordered snack boxes from “Yim Soo Cafe” operated by the Universal Foundation for Persons with Disabilities for use in various training and seminar events, with total support of 15,300 Baht worth of these snack boxes, creating career opportunities and promoting the work of 20 disabled people for a better quality of life and self-reliance.

Donating Plastic Bottles to Make Eyeglasses for the Underprivileged: The Group campaigned for employees to separate plastic bottles for donation to the “PET to PPE” Project under Less Plastic TU, carried out by a group of medical students from Thammasat University,for recycling into eyeglass frames for underprivileged persons with vision problems. In 2025, a total of 1,200 plastic bottles were donated, which can be produced into 600 eyeglass frames.

Sewing Prosthetic Breasts for Cancer Patients: With concern for the health and quality of life of women with breast cancer, executives and employees collaborated in sewing prosthetic breasts with guidance from the “Friends Weaving Dreams” volunteer group, producing a total of 80 prosthetic breasts, which were delivered to Photaram Hospital, Ratchaburi Province, for patients who have undergone surgery.
